DBIA 2024 Recap

The Lerch Bates team was pleased to attend the 2024 Design Build Conference & Expo (DBIA) close to our very own Dallas, TX office this year! We enjoyed connecting with some our amazing Texas partners and being introduced to professionals from all over the nation through Design-Build expert knowledge sharing, networking and collaborating.

Our team was able to enjoy educational courses, general sessions, featured events, student focus groups, competitions, and, of course, representing Lerch Bates in the exhibit hall throughout the three-day conference. All the presentations and learning events shared a common thread; a Design-Build project should be a collaborative team that encourages participation and communication from all parties to the project early on and through completion.

What role does Lerch Bates play in Design-Build projects? 

A Design-Build team is an entity responsible for not only the design and construction, but also reducing cost and increasing efficiency of their project. No matter your role, manufacturer, engineer, architect, GC or owner, collaboration and the comprehensive suite of services Lerch Bates offers at all stages of a building’s lifecycle will fulfill the needs of a successful Design-Build project.
