Lerch Bates was hired to provide technical modernization specifications, bidding assistance and project management for the 40-elevator project in Orlando, FL. Under additional contracts, the relationship has also grown into providing consulting services for a new design project for another nearby hotel and capital planning for the eleven escalators at the Swan and Dolphin resort.
