IQHQ Research and Development District

The IQHQ Research and Development District (RaDD) in downtown San Diego is a transformative project aimed at supporting biotech and life sciences companies. The development spans over 10 acres along the waterfront and will feature five buildings offering office, lab, and retail spaces. With its innovative design, RaDD will also include public green spaces, event areas, and a 1.5-acre park. Scheduled for completion in spring 2024, the project is expected to enhance the city’s position as a hub for biotech and life sciences innovation.
