Intel Corporation, a global leader in technology development and manufacturing, is Arizona’s largest technology developer and manufacturer, operating out of a sprawling industrial park in Chandler. The site features a 1.3 million-square-foot facility dedicated to advancing Intel’s innovation and production capabilities.

From 2019 to 2021, our team performed a thorough maintenance audit of 19 elevators at the Chandler facility. This audit confirmed that all systems met the highest safety standards, optimized operational efficiency, and complied with regulatory requirements. Our work provided Intel with crucial insights to boost equipment performance and extend the lifespan of these essential assets, ensuring the facility’s seamless operation. We are now also finalizing a modernization project for 10 elevators at the same location.
