The new project is envisioned to be an approximate 126,000 GSF Residence Hall in Denver, CO that is shared with the concurrent Community Commons project. The new building currently includes dormitory living space for more than 500 students, common areas, two apartments, office and residential support space, and a shared residential kitchen.
Working directly with university personnel, Lerch Bates’ services include participation in Shop Drawing & Submittals Reviews, Preconstruction & Construction Phase Meetings, On-Site Quality Assurance Observations, ASTM E783 and E1105 Air and Water Testing, and ASTM E779 Air Barrier Testing and Diagnostics.
