The historic ASU Gammage Auditorium in Tempe, Arizona, considered to be one of the last public commissions of architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The building was completed in 1964 and has hosted a wide range of performances and public events. Recently ASU commissioned a team of architects, engineers and consultants to assess the feasibility of enclosing a large terrace to better accommodate programing requirements. The enclosure and design is focused on performance while not imposing substantive changes to the visual sightlines of the architecture.
