About this project

Anschutz Health Sciences LEED Gold V4 Project

 

The Anschutz Health Sciences Building in Denver, CO is designed as a seven story, 390,914 SF structure. It as a beacon, marking an entry point to the campus via the “artwalk” – a path connecting many campus buildings.

The building program supports multiple users, including researchers, faculty and staff, students and patients. The space includes facilities for computational research and clinical trials, an educational medical simulation hub, mental/behavioral health research clinics, faculty offices, and other educational and amenity areas to be shared by the campus.

Working with Group 14 Engineering, Lerch Bates’ services on the LEED Gold V4 project include technical peer review of the OPR & BOD, Plan and Specifications Review, BECx Plan and Specifications, Sub-Contractor Shop Drawings/Submittals Review, preparation of Construction QC Checklists, on-site Quality Assurance Observations, ASTM E783 and E1105 Air Infiltration and Water Penetration Testing, and project Close-Out reporting and Warranty site visit.
