The 150 Seaport Boulevard project in Boston is a glassy 124 unit condo tower, 250 feet in height and 22 floors. Elkus Manfredi’s design for the tower is intended to evoke a billowing sail, recognizing the project’s location on the Boston waterfront. The facade features a faceted, twisting design with negative slope conditions.
Lerch Bates is providing vertical transportation consulting as well as facade access services.
