With a vertically sloping exterior clad in alternating layers of white travertine and horizontal windows, the W.R. Grace Building is a unique modern office building that stands high above the New York building landscape. With 1.5 million square feet of office and retail space available and 47 stories, this 1971-built structure also features an underground parking garage accommodates 188 cars, giving employees convenience as well as a great view.
