Lerch Bates is extremely pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Erickson to Executive Vice President of Enclosures & Structures and Forensics reporting to Eric Rupe, President of Lerch Bates, effective immediately.
As EVP, Brian will lead the operations of both the Enclosures & Structures and Forensics groups to deliver excellence in technical consulting to our clients, maintain current client relationships and support the development of new client relationships. In addition, Brian is dedicated to the personal and professional development of Lerch Bates’ ESOP employee-owners within the expansive Enclosures & Structures and Forensics teams.
Brian is a founding Principal of the Lerch Bates Enclosures & Structures and Forensics business and specializes in building enclosure system performance and testing in new construction, repair and modernization, and forensic evaluations. Brian has consulted on projects both nationally and internationally and was recognized by the U.S. Army for his contributions to their energy conservation efforts in the field of air leakage testing. He continues to be active as a building enclosure consultant, expert witness, and enclosure designer, as well as develop and implement strategic initiatives for Lerch Bates.
