Trustile Doors Headquarters Pre-Condition Observations Project

The project consists of a new two-story steel-framed, 271,000 SF manufacturing facility, warehouse and corporate office in Denver, CO that will double production capacity.

Working with Ryan Companies US, Lerch Bates’ services included Pre-Condition Observations to various buildings surrounding on-going construction of the Trustile Building and vibration monitoring.
