Lions View Resort Project

Lion’s View Resort in Vail, CO consists of a 6-story luxury condominium over top three levels of structured parking. Each residential level is approximately 7,500 SF.  The building has a variety of materials in context with the Vail motif including stone, stucco and metal panel cladding, tile floors on balconies and decks, and a mix of metal and asphalt shingles on the roof system.

OZ Architecture retained Lerch Bates on the project to provide Technical Plan and Specifications Reviews, Shop Drawing and Submittal Review and On-Call Consultation.
