Halas Hall Chicago Bears Training Facility Project

The project consists of a 162,500 square-foot football operations addition to the already-existing 143,000 square-foot Halas Hall plus a 30,600-square-foot remodeling project. General contractor Mortenson Construction began work on the project in March 2018 and turned the facility over shortly before the team returned from training camp in 2019. HOK designed the addition and renovation.

Working with Mortenson, Lerch Bates’ services include Technical Interfacing Review, Shop Drawing and Submittal Review, Design Documents for Mock-up Wall Assembly, Quality Assurance Observations, and AAMA Water Spray and ASTM Air Infiltration and Water Penetration Testing.
