Steve Shanks

Steve Shanks, East Area Practice Lead, began working for Lerch Bates in 2011 as a consultant on the National Account Team, and later worked as a Consultant out of the Atlanta, GA office. He then became the Regional Managing Director for Tennessee from 2018-2023. He is currently the Area Practice Lead – Architectural Design for the Lerch Bates East Region providing oversight and support for vertical and horizontal transportation analysis, design, and project management throughout the region. Steve Shanks started his career in the elevator industry as an Elevator technician in 2006.
