Derrick Sant

Derrick Sant is a consultant in Lerch Bates’s Michigan Region, providing vertical transportation consulting. With over 9 years of experience in the vertical transportation industry, he brings a diverse background of knowledge on several areas in this field. Having previously overseen large modernization projects from initial bid to final inspection, to large portfolio additions on the maintenance side of the business, he will be the point of contact for all needing recommendations and expertise in this area. Prior to joining Lerch Bates, Derrick worked as the General Manager for Schindler Elevator in the Detroit, MI market and Branch Manager for TK Elevator in Columbus, OH and Fort Myers, FL, as well as service and repair and modernization sales with TK Elevator in Fort Myers, FL and Miami, FL.
