Danny Kalb

Danny works in Lerch Bates’ Colorado office providing building envelope repair and modernisation consulting. Danny joined the team with over nine years of professional construction management experience working on large, complex, and fast-paced commercial and renovation projects across the country. In his former role as a Superintendent with Mortenson Construction, he provided high-level management of safety, quality, planning/coordination, scheduling, and logistics for all major scopes of work with a specific focus on building enclosure systems. Danny believes in developing well-reasoned and practical solutions to complex problems by determining the root cause of issues and working collaboratively with the project team toward a common goal. His extensive background in construction management provides valuable insight for the successful implementation of building enclosure construction, rehabilitation, and repair projects.
