Carl Faille

Carl Faille currently services as the Regional Manager for the New England Area. He joined Lerch Bates as a Consultant in the Elevator Consulting Group in 2017. Carl supports the team with knowledge in vertical transportation, facade access and materials management. He has 7-years of leadership and field operations experience in the lift industry. Carl previously served as a Territory Operations Manager for Schindler Elevator Corporation in the Northeast United States region and a Field Service Manager for Delta Beckwith Elevator in Boston. Prior to the lift industry, Carl served 6-years in the United States Army as a special combat Officer in three overseas campaigns. Carl earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina
