Brian D. Erickson, P.E.

Brian D. Erickson, P.E., is an Executive Vice President – Central/North/East at Lerch Bates. Brian specializes in building enclosure system performance and testing in both new construction, repair and modernization, and forensic evaluations. Brian has consulted on projects both nationally and internationally and was recognized by the U.S. Army for his contributions to their energy conservation efforts in the field of air leakage testing. He continues to be active as a building enclosure consultant, expert witness, and building enclosure designer, as well as develop and implement strategic initiatives for Lerch Bates.
