The Runway at Playa Vista is a mixed use complex with retail, parking, residential and theatres. The project currently consists or two large hydraulic freight elevators, eight escalators and ten MRL elevators. The developers are in negotiations with a major anchor store that will add elevators, escalators and cart-o-vators to the already large mix of units. The local architect for the entire project is Johnson Fain of Los Angeles.
