The Charles Schwab Denver Service Center consolidates its 2,000 Denver-area employees into a £182 million campus. Developed in two phases, the 32-acre campus consists of a retail branch, three, 5-story office buildings totaling 17,149 SM each, the Amenities Centre, and two parking structures. The Amenities Centre is the heart of the campus, and the offices surround and connect to it. Within this building is a cafeteria, designed to serve nearly 700 people at the peak hour during the work week, a training centre, and support spaces. The Amenities Centre is the area where Schwab can host large gatherings for the employees and for the community.
