Nicole Marsh

Nicole Marsh joined Lerch Bates in 2017 as a Project Manager for the Solutions Team and has now moved to the role of an Associate Consultant. Nicole manages elevator modernizations and day to day elevator maintenance management for Lerch Bates legacy clients. Nicole’s attention to detail and problem-solving abilities have allowed her to excel in ensuring client satisfaction in elevator consulting. She takes pride in having strong relationships with both clients and elevator contractors working with both sides for quick and practical elevator problem resolutions. Prior to Lerch Bates, Nicole worked as a Civil Engineer where she designed and managed infrastructure projects and also has a background in structural engineering with experience in designing high voltage transmission lines and electrical substations. Nicole graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and dual minors in mathematics and management.
