Francisco Reina

Francisco’s upbringing on the construction site is the foundation of his interest in the industry and in building science. His building science background stems from work as a RESNET Energy Rater, BPI Analyst, and RRO. Francisco’s continued work has led him to certifications through Passive House Institute-US, the highest standard of building performance.

Francisco presents at a variety of industry events sponsored by ASTM International, the Environmental Protection Agency, Energy Star, Colorado Renewable Energy Society, and Rocky Mountain Association of Energy Engineers. In the office, Francisco is called upon for many of Lerch Bates’ non-standard and challenging projects, as he excels in thinking critically about the project to find the best and most Informative solution, while maintaining friendly relationships and building rapport with Lerch Bates’ clients and the teams on the jobsite.
