About Bill

Bill Lippman, Regional Manager, began working for Lerch Bates in 2020.  He is currently working in the Lerch Bates Philadelphia Regional office providing vertical transportation analysis and vertical transportation design.  Bill has 42 years of elevator industry experience in all facets of the business from installation and maintenance of elevators to modernization and service of elevators and escalators. Over his long career, Bill’s previous role with a multinational manufacturer includes assessment, technological support and project management on a wide range of vertical transportation installations and modernizations ranging from large Class A office towers such as AON Center, Chicago to airports such as Philadelphia International Airport and large transit projects such as MARTA, Atlanta, GA and BART, San Francisco, CA.
