International Consulting Firm Poised to Increase
Market Share in the Southeast Region
Lerch Bates announced industry leader Garrett Brown has been named project manager, elevator consulting group. Brown is an essential addition to Lerch Bates’ metropolitan Atlanta office and will play an integral role in expanding the company’s market share in the region.
In his new role with Lerch Bates, an international consulting firm for vertical transportation, façade access and materials management, Brown is tasked with overseeing maintenance evaluations, modernization services and vertical transportation analysis and design. He previously served as an account manager for Otis Elevator Company where he was responsible for contract negotiations, modernizations, upgrades, capital planning and business development. During his tenure, he managed elevator and escalator modernizations and upgrades in Atlanta’s downtown and high-rise market. Brown also worked as a regional service sales representative for KONE where he significantly increased sales in his territory of Kentucky and western Ohio.

Brown earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business.
