Crawford Oversees Projects and Business Relationships
with Strategically Assigned Accounts
Lerch Bates announced Dana Crawford has joined the international consulting firm for vertical transportation, façade access and materials management as senior project manager, strategic accounts group. Crawford is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of experience in sales management, staff leadership and strategic business planning.
Crawford oversees strategic account relationships as well as develops new strategic account clients in her new role with Lerch Bates. She has been in the elevator industry for 16 years and served as a sales manager and executive account manager at Otis Elevator Company for 13 years in the greater Los Angeles market. She designed tactical programs and initiatives to grow all facets of the company's service business including repairs, modernizations, retention and acquiring new business. She also spent time working with KONE and Arizona Elevator Company giving her broad knowledge in the elevator industry.

Crawford earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from New Mexico State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management. She also is a certified Co-Active Coach® from Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and a Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International.
