Don Zeni has been named as General Manager of the Lerch Bates’ New York office.
Before joining Lerch Bates he managed the US Division of CoxGomyl, a global leader in Façade Access Equipment. At CoxGomyl he was involved in supplying the Façade Access Equipment on such prestigious projects as Goldman Sachs Global HQ in NYC, 555 Mission Street in San Francisco, Duke Energy Center in Charlotte and 155 N. Wacker Drive in Chicago. Prior to CoxGomyl, Don worked for over 18 years at Westinghouse/Schindler Elevator in sales, sales management, construction management and product line management. He was instrumental in introducing Schindler’s high rise product into the US Market and was involved with the 5 Times Square and 7 Times Square Projects. In addition Don was an integral part of the design review team for Schindler’s 700 High Rise Product line. Don holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering. This dual knowledge will be valuable as the Lerch Bates New York office has personnel from both their Elevator Consulting Group and their Façade Access Group.
