Andrew Foutes has over 14 years experience in elevator consulting. Before joining Lerch Bates in 1994, Andrew worked as a Licensed Elevator Mechanic and Master Electrician, with Embree & White; as Plant Engineer with Gemini Corporation; and as Electrical Supervisor with North American Philips. His strong technical background is supported by his education at Northeastern University in Boston and Northeast Institute of Technology. Andrew has worked extensively on projects for universities, Federal office buildings and public projects, including local public housing developments; stadiums, ball parks and museums; along with commercial buildings, including high rise offices and hotels. His consulting has taken him throughout the Midwest and Northeastern United States and to familiar facilities including: Lehigh University, University of Pennsylvania, the new Philadelphia Phillies Ballpark and Eagles Stadium, the Delaware River Port Authority Projects in Camden, New Jersey, casino projects in Atlantic City, New Jersey and the Philadelphia Art Museum. Among many others, Andrew’s projects in Chicago include the Palmer House Hotel, the Dirksen Federal Building and the Social Security Center.
