Provide top-notch professional administrative support to our Minneapolis team, Consultants and their clients so that all projects progress seamlessly from proposal to payment and that our clients are delighted with the service and professionalism they receive. The right person for this role will have superb editing, formatting and database entry skills to assemble, arrange and put the finishing touches on client documents, reports and specifications for the Consultants that reflect the quality that the Lerch Bates name represents. Additionally, this person will track the Consultants’ work and perform a detailed data entry into our internal and our clients’ systems. As part of the team, he or she will contribute to the professional and smooth operations of the office.
