Description

The Director will provide leadership and guidance in their assigned market in regards to client service and business development for Elevator Consulting work (new design, modernization, maintenance management, etc.).  The position requires a person who models the behaviors that result in quality outcomes and fiscal responsibility for the Consultants and works to develop the skills and confidence of the Consultants in the area.  This person will also manage the region’s Consulting budget, requiring the ability to interpret reports and to make course shifts when necessary to meet the bottom line.  This position will also work collaboratively with other Managers and Vice Presidents to achieve company success.

Other Requirements

  • At least 7 years of elevator industry experience; 10+ years preferred.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations frequently used in our industry.
  • Secondary educational degree strongly preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in using Microsoft Office products and other software systems  preferred.
