Kevin Egli joined Lerch Bates in 2007. He previously worked as a Business Manager at KONE, Inc. and was responsible for new equipment business in the Northwest for projects like Clike Seatac International Airport South Terminal Expansion Project, Four Seasons Seattle Tower, Seattle Art Museum Expansion, and 5th and Yesler Office Tower. Now, at Lerch Bates, Kevin is a Project Manager, doing vertical transportation analysis and design for the Seattle office. In this role, Kevin is responsible for vertical transportation system studies, design, contract documents and construction services for new equipment, modernization services, maintenance evaluations and due diligence studies. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Ball State University. He is an AIA/CES certified instructor, a member of the Cascadia Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and a member of the Washington Department of Labor and Industries MRL Subcommittee.
