Ken Dietz will serve the new Lerch Bates Las Vegas office as project manager. In his new role, Dietz will manage vertical transportation system studies, perform vertical maintenance evaluations, design and oversee construction services for vertical transportation equipment and support design and construction services for façade access and materials management handling systems.
Prior to joining Lerch Bates, Dietz served as vertical transportation project manager on several high profile Las Vegas projects including City Center, McCarran Airport Terminal 3 and the new Linq Project. He has more than 13 years of experience in the vertical transportation industry including a stint in the Otis Law Department as well as work in modernization and construction project management and sales in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
Dietz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Norwich University in Vermont and a Juris Doctor from Western New England University.
