Managing Director of the China office Keenan Potter has over 20 years experience in façade access, including knowledge of design, systems evaluation, construction, contracting, and project management. He has the experience and knowledge to provide advice and specialized recommendations on a wide variety of vertical transportation and façade access projects. He also has a long history in management and sales. Keenan is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has worked throughout the Asia-Pacific region, providing him with insight into the specific needs of Chinese and international clients. Projects of note include Exchange Square, Forum Redevelopment in Hong Kong, China, Goldin Financial Global Centre in Hong Kong, China, Poly Guangzhou Pazhou Village, Parcel 4 in Guangzhou, China, Novartis Institute for Biomedical Research, Phase I in Pudong, Shanghai, China, and Reflections at Keppel Bay, Singapore.
Keenan supports Lerch Bates’ full range of consulting services, including vertical and horizontal transportation, materials handling/materials maintenance and building systems. Keenan holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from University of Washington.
